Facilitate The Management Challenge yourself
You can run The Management Challenge yourself with your own group. If you regularly guide groups and feel at home in organizational development, it's a natural fit. Don't know the simulation yet? Then we'll help you on your way with the starter package: four teams to start with and a training in which you play the game yourself first.
Who it's for
Trainers, consultants and teachers who want to run the simulation themselves are in the right place. If you already have experience guiding groups and an affinity with organizational development or leadership, the rest falls into place quickly.
Certification isn’t compulsory. If you know your way around facilitating and organizational development, you can get going without the starter package too. In that case, just book an appointment with me and we’ll set up your account with your first teams, so you can start right away.
Would you rather experience how the game works first and learn how to run it? Then the starter package is for you.
The starter package
The package has two parts that build on each other.
The training (6 hours)
You play the simulation yourself first, as a participant, so you know from experience what happens inside a team. Then we look at the other side, at how to set up and prepare a session, the mistakes teams tend to make, and how to run the debrief so the experience lands. And we dig into the model underneath the simulation, the INK management model, derived from the European EFQM model, so you understand why teams do what they do. The group is small, with plenty of room for your questions.
Four teams (worth € 400)
Enough to run your first sessions. They don't expire, as long as you play at least once a year.
What you also get
Two hours of personal guidance while preparing your first own session, a certificate, access to all facilitator materials, and a group of fellow facilitators to fall back on.
All together, excluding VAT: € 99 for the training, including certificate and catering, and € 400 for the four teams.
You'll run a session from your own facilitator environment. Here's what that looks like:
